The August issue of Natural Awakenings landed on stands around town this week, and includes an an interview article with our fiercely passionate owner, Marsha Power. The article, Zen and the Art of Hairstyle Maintenance, discusses how Marsha has been able to find her vision, stretch her vision, and share her vision with us (the Garbo Tribe), and our most wonderful guests.
Garbo has been a place of comfort, of familiarity, of conversation, connection, and fashion since 1985. It has also been a place of personal, professional, and spiritual growth for many her passion touches. Marsha had a dream and has taken that dream to yet undetermined heights. With her leadership and care, Garbo has enjoyed participating and being a local business within the community and for the community of Austin.
The article gives a great look inside of a mind determined to see passions and dreams become reality, and to share that feeling not just with her guests and Tribe Garbo, but with the community of Austin through various philanthropic activities. We (Tribe Garbo) are thankful to have such a wonderful Owner/Leader and are happy to share her interview in the August issue of Natural Awakenings.
