We all play hard in the summer. Sun, sand, sandals, and swimming take a toll on our hands and feet. Lack of exfoliation and lasting moisturization is the main culprit of summer nail problems. Here are a few tips to keep them in tip-top condition.
*Make an invigorating scrub by adding sugar and a spoonful of coconut oil to your favorite body wash or cleanser. Cleanse the legs with the scrub before shaving, for an extra close, smooth shave.
*After shaving, take a second to buff the feet with a pumice stone.
*Apply thick crème generously to clean feet at night. Put socks on before you go to sleep to hold that crème and moisture in and allowing it to penetrate the tough sole of the foot.
*Apply cuticle oil 3 times a day! Ashley’s insider tip: Place your bottle next to your hand-soap on your sink as an easy access daily reminder.
